Morning interbank fixing in London closed with gold price decrease

Almaty. February 20. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1235.35 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Friday evening fixing in dollar terms it decreased by 6.6.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1163.21 (-3.11), and in British pound – 991.49 (-8.28).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
