Almaty. August 21. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1287.6 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Friday evening fixing in dollar terms it decreased by 8.2.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1096.52 (-6.08), and in British pound – 999.82 (-6.11).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
