Morning interbank fixing in London closed with gold price increase

Almaty. January 5. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1173.05 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Wednesday evening fixing in dollar terms it increased by 8.8.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1116.16 (+3.02), and in British pound – 953.22 (+5.52).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
