Morning interbank fixing in London closed with gold price increase

Almaty. February 24. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1255.35 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Thursday evening fixing in dollar terms it increased by 7.45.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1185.18 (+5.79), and in British pound – 1000.89 (+3.19).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
