Almaty. August 9. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1332.9 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Monday evening fixing in dollar terms it declined by 3.9.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1201.743 (-5.387), and in British pound – 1025.8 (+1.544).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
