Morning interbank fixing in London resulted in gold price decline

Almaty. August 17. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1342.75 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Tuesday evening fixing in dollar terms it declined by 1.25.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1191.959 (-0.707), and in British pound – 1031.232 (-4.454).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
