Astana. January 27. Silkroadnews - Most of the migrant workers in Kazakhstan are citizens of Uzbekistan, reported KazTAG citing chairman of the Committee of Labour, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the RK Akmadi Sarbasov.
However, he ruled out the possibility that part of the migrant workers from the countries of Central Asia, are working in Russia, can change the labor market to the Kazakh. According to him, today reduced flow of labor migrants from Central Asia to Russia may be a temporary phenomenon.
As stated A. Sarbasov, most of migrant workers in Kazakhstan are citizens of Uzbekistan.
