National Bank of Tajikistan requires credit institutions to improve the quality of service

Almaty. November 2. Silkroadnews - Head of the National Bank of Tajikistan Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda demanded the credit institutions to improve the quality of provided services, reported TajikTA.
As noted D.Nurmahmadzoda population complains of artificial barriers that create employees of the banking sector. And "despite the fact that on May 5 of this year, the NBT has ordered to establish a smooth acceptance of deposits of the population and high maintenance services".
Currently, the National Bank is developing a new decree on the implementation at the appropriate level of service of foreign currency transactions, which in the coming days will be distributed among lending institutions.
Thу head of financial regulator demanded from representatives of credit institutions in determining the course of US dollar to take into account the situation on the domestic market. J.Nurmahmadzoda also asked to consider the plans, objectives of monetary policy, the state of the national currency and to act within the rules and legal norms of the National Bank.
The meeting also discussed the creation of conditions for attracting foreign investments into the national economy, the informal restrictions of foreign exchange turnover and to ensure the stable development of the banking sector.
