Nazarbayev called on the OSCE to become a guarantor to resolve the crisis in Ukraine

Minsk. August 27. Silkroadnews - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev urged the OSCE to become the guarantor of international agreements in the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis, reported KazTAG.
"We need a de-escalation of the conflict. It is important to achieve a peaceful settlement and to be away from the power options, as a result of which civilians are killed. We need a peaceful respite, it will save the lives of innocent women and children trapped in the military-political confrontation. We condemn the violence, call upon the parties to an early ceasefire. In this process, should be actively involved OSCE, which can act as guarantor of international agreements", - said Nursultan Nazarbayev at the summit of the Customs Union and the EU.
In addition the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan believes that it is important to stop the sanctions confrontation.
Nazarbayev called for a return to constructive cooperation on the principles of economic pragmatism and mutual benefit, as well as "gradually start take away sanctions".
"Kazakhstan is interested in continuing to strengthen mutually beneficial trade and economic relations within the Customs Union, with Ukraine and the European Union. Therefore, we are ready to search, discuss the normalization of multilateral trade relations", - he concluded.
