Nazarbayev called the oil and gas sector the leading partnership industry for Kazakhstan and China

Almaty. May 24. Silkroadnews – President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev held a meeting with the President of CITIC Group Corporation Wang Jun, the press service of the head of state reported.

“The head of state called the oil and gas sector the leading partnership industry between Kazakhstan and China, having emphasized that our country successfully cooperates with CITIC Group Corporation for a long period of time,” the statement published on Akorda website on Tuesday says.

During the meeting the sides discussed the issues of implementation of the current joint projects and prospects for the cooperation directions.

In his turn W. Jun has informed the President on implementation of various projects contributing to the further development of the construction and oil and gas sectors of Kazakhstan.
