Nearly 3.5 times will be reduced financing of exploration activities in Kazakhstan in 2016

Almaty. November 18. Silkroadnews - In Kazakhstan in 2016 on exploration work is planned to allocate state T3,2 billion, which is 3.44 times less than in 2015, KazTAG reports.
"The purpose of geological exploration program is to ensure the rational and integrated use and reproduction of mineral resources for the active development of all industries. As part of this program in the current year exploration for solid minerals are carried out on 42 sites. Total funding for the program in 2015 amounted to 11 billion tenge. Due to the changed economic situation exploration budget in 2016 is reduced to 3.2 billion, which is required to review the implementation of several projects ", - quotes agency the chairman of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the RK Bazarbai Nurabaev at an international conference in Astana.
Despite this, according to him, today there are already promising objects in almost all regions of Kazakhstan.
According to B. Nurabaeva in Kazakhstan currently the total number of monitored subsoil users amount to 2305 objects.
"The total number of existing contracts for solid minerals today amounts to 436, including exploration - 147, mining - 175, exploration-production - 114", - he said.
