New Labour Code adopted in Tajikistan

Almaty. July 25. Silkroadnews - President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon has signed the legislative norms on adoption of the Labour Code in the new edition, reports the TajikTA news agency.
"This Code has been developed using the advanced world experience, taking in account various sides of the new socio-economic relations and observance of the human rights," the message reports.
The Labour Code has been adopted performing the message of President of Tajikistan addressed to the Parliament. It regulates the relations in the field of labour and it is supposed to perform observance of legal interests of employers, employees, the state and other subjects of labour relations.
