Non-OPEC countries should join any reduction in production, said Kuwaiti Oil Minister

Almaty. November 5. Silkroadnews - Reduction of oil production should take place only in conjunction with non-member countries of OPEC. This was announced by Kuwaiti Oil Minister Ali Saleh al-Omayra, reports Tass.
According to him, the situation will become clearer in the I quarter of 2016.
The composition of OPEC includes 12 countries: Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Qatar, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Nigeria, Ecuador and Angola. The status of observer countries of OPEC are Mexico, Egypt, Oman and Russia, which is involved in the sessions of this organization since 1998.
The next meeting of OPEC countries to be held on December 4 this year.
