Oil production in China dropped to 100 mln in H1

Almaty. July 25. Silkroadnews- Oil production in China has dropped to 100 mln tons in the first half year, reports the state committee for development and reforms of China.
"Crude oil production in China dropped by 4.8% in the first half of the year in comparison to the same period last year, it amounted to 100.45 mln tons," reports the TASS news agency.
According to the state committee, drop of oil production is connected with low oil prices. Sinopec plans to lower production by 7.5%, PetroChina- by 4.8%.
Since January until June the Chinese companies refined 256 mln tons of oil- 8.9% up year on year. Production of oil products increased by 7.1% to  159 mln tons. Consumption increased by 4.4% to 141 mln tons.
Gas production in China increased by 2.9% to 67.5 bn cu m, import lowered by 21.2% to 35.6 bn cu m.
