Almaty. July 31. Silkroadnews - The countries of the oil cartel OPEC do not plan to cut oil production, despite the decline in prices and an expected appearance of Iran in the market. This was announced the head of OPEC's Abdullah al-Badri.
Average daily production will remain at 30 million barrels, as before, reminded al-Badri OPEC's decision.
According to him, further reduction in the cost of crude oil is not expected. Demand will continue to grow this year and next year.
Also, al-Badri said that OPEC welcomes lifting of Western sanctions against Iran.
On the whole, Russia and OPEC expect that by 2016, the situation on the world oil market will stabilize.
