Opposition to Islamic State will discuss heads of special services of the SCO, the CIS and the EU at a meeting in Yaroslavl, Russia

Almaty. July 29. Silkroadnews - Countering to threats of the international terrorist organization "Islamic State" (IS) will be discussed at the meeting of heads of special services, security agencies and law enforcement bodies of the SCO, the CIS and the EU in Russia's Yaroslavl on July 29-30, reported Russian media.
One of the main issues of the meeting will be the problem of the growing threat of the IS.
In addition, the sides will discuss the issues of strengthening the global system of countering terrorism with the coordinating role of the UN on the basis of universally recognized principles and norms of international law, measures to jointly counter foreign terrorists, as well as further improving the mechanisms for exchanging information on threats.
