Poroshenko ordered to hold the elections in some areas of the Donbas on December 7

Almaty. September 16. Silkroadnews - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko ordered special arrangements for local government in some areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions for the holding of elections on December 7. The corresponding document was published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
"(...) A special election of deputies of the district, city, city district, town and village councils, village, town and city mayors in some areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions on Sunday, December 7, 2014", - said in a text document.
The draft law on the special status regions suggests that their boundaries will be held on the Limits of conducting anti-terrorist operation (ATO) as defined in the law of Ukraine "On combating terrorism".
Elections must be assigned by the Verkhovna Rada. The powers of the elected leaders can not be terminated.
