President of Uzbekistan has been included in list of key figures by Barcelona Center for International Affairs

Beijing. February 6. Silkroadnews - President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has been included in the list of 40 key figures in the international life of 2017 released by Barcelona Center for International Affairs (CIDOB), the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) informs.
This is the second time he included in the list, the first was last year, when his name was included in the list along with the first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.
CIDOB experts noted, Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s name has been included in the list, as his presidency marked a qualitatively new atmosphere and optimism a few of observers would ever have expected.
They said, today Uzbekistan experiences a kind of special spring headed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who during the very first year of his work, breaking all the forecasts and stereotypes, has generated opening of the country.
