President of Uzbekistan is awaited with a state visit to Russia

Almaty. July 10. Silkroadnews - Russian President Vladimir Putin invited President Islam Karimov to visit the Russian Federation on a state visit this year, reported the agency TASS.
"This year we celebrate a decade of treaty on allied relations. In this connection I would like to remind you that for a long time you did not have a state visit to Russia. We communicate, regularly meet, you often come to Russia, but such things have formal diplomatic certain sense and I would like to invite you to Russia for a state visit", - said Russian President Vladimir Putin during a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Ufa.
In turn, Karimov accepted the invitation of his Russian counterpart.
