Provinces of North China are shrouded by thick smog
Almaty. October 10. Silkroadnews - North China is again dominated by thick smog, reports the agency "Xinhua".
"On Thursday Beijing declared the "orange" alert level of serious pollution and smog, from high concentrations of suspended particles with a diameter of 2.5 microns or less in the air, which began on October 8 in provinces and cities of northern China, including Tianjin, Henan, Shanxi, and others", - says the publication.
According to the agency, the Beijing authorities have demanded that secondary schools and primary schools are to refrain from outdoor activities and reduce the number of physical education lessons.
It is noted that the pollution is forecast to last until the 11th.
