Putin congratulated Xi Jinping on “China’s grand success”

Almaty. October 2. Silkroadnews – Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Xi Jinping on “China’s grand success,” Russian news agency TASS reported.
“Russia’s President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the 68th anniversary of the People’s Republic’s founding, the Kremlin’s press service said,” the report said.
“Over the past decades, China achieve truly grand success. Your country is moving persistently along the along the path of accelerated socio-economic development, it plays an important role in solving the urgent problems of the regional and global agendas,” V. Putin said in his greeting.
With this, the publication notes, Russia’s president has marked the development of Russian-Chinese relations, “which have reached an unprecedented high level of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction.”
V. Putin expressed confidence that the implementation of the agreements reached in the course of the recent meetings with the PRC chairman in Moscow and Xiamen would contribute to further expansion of the bilateral political dialogue, fruitful cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian and other spheres, along with coordination of efforts between Russia and the PRC in international affairs in the interests of friendly relations of the two states.
