Putin led elections with 76.65% of votes after processing 99% of protocols
Beijing. March 19. Silkroadnews - Putin led elections in Russia with 76.65% of votes after processing 99% of the protocols, TASS reported.
Acting Russian President Vladimir Putin leads the presidential election gaining 76.65% of the votes after processing 99% of the final protocols of the precinct election commissions. Communist candidate Pavel Grudinin ranks the second with 11.82% of the votes, followed by candidate from the LDPR party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, with 5.68%, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation reported on Monday.
Ksenia Sobchak, “Civic Initiative”, gained 1.66% of the votes, which is 1,197 million people. She is followed by Grigory Yavlinsky (Yabloko) with 1.04% of the vote. The other candidates gaining less than 1% of the votes are Boris Titov (Party of Growth) (0.75%), Maxim Suraykin (Communists of Russia) (0.68%) and Sergei Baburin (Russian All-People’s Union) (0.65%).
