Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews - China will introduce a mechanism of "negative list" across the country in 2018 in order to streamline the government administration and give the market more freedom, informed Xinhua news agency.
"The practice of opening all sectors, except a few prohibited for investors, will be implemented partially in districts in 2015-2017. The "Negative list" will be used throughout the country by 2018", - said in a statement on the results of the 16th meeting of the central leadership Group for a comprehensive deepening reform.
This mechanism was first used in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in 2013.
