Realization of 12 parties of lubricants amounting to 2.8 mln tenge is banned in Kazakhstan due to the mismatch of technical regulations

Astana. June 27. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan prohibited realization of 12 parties of petroleum products that do not comply with the technical regulations, the press service of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies (MINT) of RK.
"Based on the results of inspections in 20 cases found violations, accounting for 65% of the total number of inspections. Imposed 12 fines in the amount of 2 463 160 tenge. Prohibited sale of the 12 parties of petroleum products that do not comply with the technical regulations, totaling to 2,771,385 tenge"- said in a statement released on Friday.
It is indicated that in 2013 conducted 267 inspections of retail or wholesale distribution of petroleum products, in which 119 cases found violations.
As explained, the result of inspections were numerous instances of non-compliance of petroleum products sold in terms to its quality.
Thus, the facts of the relization of low-quality gasoline were found at the gas station "Uoyl" in Astana;  PFS "AramcoCorp"; PFS "Kulager Concrete"; PFS "Zhuldyz"; PFS "Most", "Mamyr" and number 54 "Sonar Munay Onimdery" LLP.
Disturbances in parts of diesel fuel that does not meet the requirements for flash, installed at gas stations of "Tim Consulting"LLP in North-Kazakhstan region, at the gas station "Nar Oil Munai Onimdery" and Lavrentiev IE in Almaty region.
Overall, the state control of the 2013 Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology (CTRM) MINT  laid an administrative penalty in the amount of 14 956 090 tenge, 312 parties of petroleum products without a certificate of conformity, marking and non-conforming technical regulations are prohibited for sale, amounting to 58 694 079 tenge.
It is noted that in 2014 the checking will be continued in this direction. By first 5 months of 2014, enterprises that implement oil, carried out 31 audit for compliance with the law.
Violations identified in the territory of Almaty, Almaty, Karaganda, West Kazakhstan and South Kazakhstan regions.
