Reelected Iran’s president inauguration is scheduled for August 5

Almaty. July 1. Silkroadnews – The inauguration of the re-elected Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is scheduled for August 5, 2017, Iranian press portal PressTV reported.
“The inauguration of Hassan Rouhani, who was re-elected for another four years this May, will be held on August 5”, report said on Saturday.
The ceremony, as reported, will be held in the country’s parliament. Before it starts, the newly elected president will be handed the decree of the leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei as a sign of his duties’ official assignment.
First elected in 2013, in May 2017 H. Rouhani was reelected for a second term, gathering 57% of the votes to defeat his main rival, Ebrahim Raeisi.
