Rosselkhoznadzor did not allow 6 thousand roses to be delivered from Kyrgyzstan

Beijing. March 19. Silkroadnews - Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service) did not allow 6 thousand roses to be delivered from Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz Telegraph Agency (KyrTAG) with reference to the agency’s website.
Employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor department of the Chelyabinsk region did not allow import of 6 thousand roses plants from Kyrgyzstan at the checkpoint “Troitsk” checkpoint on the Russian-Kazakhstani site of the border.
Reportedly, the quarantine products of high phytosanitary risk (originated from the Kyrgyz Republic) were transported from the Osh region to the city of Izhevsk, Russia. The absence of a phytosanitary certificate has been found while carrying out documentary control. Under control of the Rosselkhoznadzor employee roses have been returned to the adjacent territory.
