Rouhani called Irish businessmen to actively participate in investment projects of Iran

Almaty. October 2. Silkroadnews - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani received in Tehran speaker of the lower chamber of the Parliament of Ireland Sean Barrett, the Iranian telegraf agency (IrTAG).
During the meeting, the President pointed to the growing interest in recent years on the part of European companies in the establishment and expansion of trade and economic cooperation with enterprises of Iran and called on the Irish entrepreneurs to participate more actively in the implementation of various projects and make investments in the territory of the Islamic Republic.
"In Iran, there is great potential for foreign investment, and companies from Ireland could benefit from this", - said H.Ruhani.
The Iranian leader said that Tehran seeks to establish constructive and mutually beneficial relations with all countries of the world, adding that the development of closer cooperation among European States and the country will be beneficial for all parties.
According to the Iranian president, as a result of the continuation of the sanctions regime against Iran suffered not only Iran, but also the countries of the West.
"Introduction of recent illegal sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran caused significant damage to all, without exception, the parties. During the session, the UN General Assembly leaders of some European countries have openly admitted that the EU has losses",- said the president of Iran.
In turn, the speaker of the Irish parliament gave a positive assessment of the Government's policy of Iran, emphasizing personal merit of president H.Ruhani in changing the image of the Islamic Republic in the international arena in a positive way.
