Almaty. September 9. SIlkroadnews - Russia and Kazakhstan are interested in the supply of fish from Kyrgyzstan. This was announced by Director of the Department of Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Samarbek Kuchukov, transmits KyrTAG.
"We have clean fish, it is in demand in neighboring countries. Kazakh colleagues acknowledged that they can not meet their needs. In the near future they will need our fish, especially rainbow trout", - said S. Kuchukov.
The official also noted that the case of exports to Kazakhstan already present.
According to the Department of Fisheries, the republic produces about two thousand tons of fish, a little more than half of the Kyrgyz people consume themselves.
