Russia ranks China’s top oil supplier over the year’s first five months

Almaty. June 23. Silkroadnews – This May Russia’s deliveries to China reached a record 1.35 million barrels of oil a day, ranking Russia as China’s top supplier of raw materials getting ahead of Angola and Saudi Arabia, Reuters reports.
The volume of raw materials supplies from Saudi Arabia in May also grew 8.6% compared to last year reaching 1.04 million barrels per day.
According to data by the General Administration of Customs of China, on results of the first five months of the year Russia became the largest supplier of oil, delivering 1.16 million barrels per day, with volume of supplies from Angola amounting to 1.11 million barrels per day, and from Saudi Arabia – to 1, 1 million barrels per day.
