Russia to hold borderline military exercise as Ukraine elects its President

Moscow. May 15. Silkroadnews - Russia plans to be holding borderline military exercise, when Ukraine will be electing its new leader, as rbc.ru informs.
“The Ministry of Defence has identified dates for the military exercises in Voronezh region, next to Ukrainian border. “Air Darts 2014” exercises will be held from the 21st of May to the 26th of May. Those dates coincide with the First round of Presidential elections in Ukraine that is to be held on May 25”, the online publication notices this Thursday.
71 planes and helicopters along with their pilots and crew members are to exercise countering enemy’s air defence measures, destroying ground targets and carpet bombing of enemy’s territory.
“Prompt Tactical aircrafts (Su-27, Su-24, Su-25, Su-34 and MiG-29), army aircrafts (helicopters Mi-8, Mi-24, Mi-28 and Ka-52), long-range aviation (Tu-22M£) and military transport aircrafts (Il-76) are to participate in exercises.
