Almaty. August 12. Silkroadnews - Russia will allocate to Kyrgyzstan $500 million to help to enter to the Eurasian integration, reports KazTAG citing BBC Russian Service.
"The Russian government will allocate $500 million to support the economy of Kyrgyzstan, to speed up the entry of this country into the Customs and the Eurasian Economic Union" - was quoted Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov.
According to Lavrov, the funds needed to "rapidly develop the Kyrgyz economy and harmonize it with the processes of Eurasian integration".
"This is Russia's contribution to support the Kyrgyz economy in order to make it as comfortable as possible to enter the Eurasian economic integration process", - said Lavrov.
Recall, on August 11 President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev met in Sochi with Russian President Vladimir Putin and said that his country hopes to join the Customs and the Eurasian Economic Union by the end of the year.
