Almaty. July 31. Silkroadnews - Russia will supply Iran with modified anti-aircraft missile system S-300, said Russian presidential aide on military-technical cooperation Vladimir Kozhin.
"Iran will receive desired complex of the S-300. Time passed quite a lot, it was partially modified, finalized the individual elements"- quoted RBC Vladimir Kozhin.
Recall, embargo on the supply of contracted S-300 to Iran was lifted by Russian President Vladimir Putin in April.
Meanwhile, it is reported that the preservation of the arms embargo will not affect the delivery of S-300, as it is a purely defensive system, which is not subject to the sanctions put in 2010, or after the signing of the agreement with the "six".
