Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz supported Trump’s policy towards Iran

Almaty. October 17. Silkroadnews - Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz supported U.S. president Trump’s policy toward Iran, the Iranian news agency (IrTAG) reports with reference to the information portal of Asharq Al-Awsat.
“Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has affirmed his country’s support to the US strategy towards Iran,” the report said.
It is noted that during a telephone conversation with the U.S. President Donald Trump, King Salman praised Trump’s decision to decertify the Iran nuclear deal.
“King Salman praised President Trump for his visionary new Iran strategy and pledged to support American leadership,” the White House’s statement said in this regard.
Reportedly, Donald Trump expressed his gratitude to King Salman for the support and stressed the U.S. desire to work with its allies.
The U.S. President and King Salman also discussed the issues “of mutual interest.”
