SCO young leaders will meet in Omsk in September

Almaty. July 19. Silkroadnews – Young leaders from the SCO member countries will take part in the SCO Youth Council to be held in Omsk on September 19-23, Iranian News Agency (IrTAG) reports.

“We have planned a number of activities through the SCO, BRICS. Also the SCO youth forum will be held in Omsk on September 19-23, we will carry it out together with RUY (Russian Union of Youth)”, said head of the Russian youth authority (Rosmolodezh – Silkroadnews), Sergei Pospelov.

In addition, Rosmolodezh plans to sign a memorandum of cooperation in the framework of youth policy with Cambodia and Greece till the end of the year. “We also cooperate with them within the framework of the Asian youth cooperation and our interaction develops quite well. A similar memorandum was signed with Iran yesterday at the National Youth Educational Forum “Territory of meanings on the Klyazma”, S.Pospelov commented on cooperation with Cambodia.

As a total, he added, today “we have 63 intergovernmental agreements, we try our best to realize the most of them and undertake the joint activities”.
