Secretary General of OPEC believes that oil prices could recover by the end of 2015

Almaty. December 22. Silkroadnews - OPEC Secretary General Abdalla Salem El-Badri said that oil prices could recover by the end of 2015, reports the Russian news agency TASS.
Earlier, Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates Suhail Faraj al-Mazrui expressed the hope that the situation on the world oil market will normalize in the near future
As the Minister of Energy, "need to develop measures that would stabilize the market of energy resources and thereby strengthen our position in the global oil market".
In turn, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia Ali al-Nuaimi expressed confidence that "the oil market will begin to grow". He also stressed once again that the kingdom is not going to reduce the level of oil production and keep its quota, as well as other members of OPEC. In his view, countries that are not members of OPEC, responsible for the drop in oil prices.
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries after the meeting, which was held on November 27 in Vienna, decided to maintain the quota at 30 million barrels a day. This decision led to a further drop in world prices for hydrocarbons.
