Seoul park opens in Tashkent

Almaty. August 29. Silkroadnews - On September 1st, in Tashkent will be opened Seoul park, reports Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
"Creation of Seoul Park is based on the Babur park. Its total area is 17.5 hectares, Green Zone - 7 hectares", - says the press-service of the Embassy of South Korea in Uzbekistan.
Construction of the park financed by the Korean side. The purpose of the opening is spreading of South Korean culture, traditions and national characteristics, as well as the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Recall that an agreement on the creation of the park was signed between representatives of the administrations of Tashkent and Seoul in 2010.
