Small enterprises of Kyrgyz “Dordoy” market demand Kyrgyzstan to immediately join Customs Union

Bishkek. May 6. Silkroadnews – Small enterprises of Kyrgyz “Dordoy”market demand Kyrgyzstan to immediately join Customs Union and, thus, refuse to pay taxes, as KyrTAG reports.
“We need to join the Customs Union” as soon as possible, because the market has not been in operation for half a year now. It is not only relted to the exported goods from China, but it is also a problem for local tailorshops”, Damira Talotaliyeva, the central committee chairman of Trade and Enterpreneurship labour union says.
She says the main Customers at the market are Kazakhstanis. Kyrgyzstan budget receives 50 mln soms in patent payments and another 4 bln in taxes.
As Kazakhstan entrepreneurs have not been visiting the market for over 5 months now, the trade has completely stopped. Small entrises of the “Dordoy” market demanded the government to immediately solve the issue. Otherwise they threatened to rally.
