Almaty. October 14. Silkroadnews - China's State Statistical Bureau predicts annual growth of China's economy in the period from 2011 to 2015 at around 8%, reported Xinhua news agency.
"It is expected that over 12th five-year plan (2011-2015.) The annual growth of the Chinese economy will be almost 8%, which is not only higher than the worldwide annual rates (about 2.5%) during the same period, but will remain China the leader in world's major economies", - said in a statement referring to the report of the State Statistical Bureau of China
According to the document, during the 12th five-year plan in the world and in China, there have been fundamental changes, and the development of China's economy has entered into a new normal.
China's GDP for the period from 2011 to 2014 increased annually by an average of 8%, the highest growth was replaced by medium-high growth.
The total volume of China's economy in 2014 amounted to 63 trillion 613.9 billion yuan (about $10.4 trillion). According to this index, China ranked second. The country's share in the world economy was 13.3%, an increase of 4.1% compared with 2010.
The main branch of the economy was the service sector. In terms of domestic demand stands out the increased importance of consumption for economic growth.
