System of electronic grain receipts to be introduced in Kazakhstan
Almaty. July 29. Silkroadnews - The system of electronic grain receipts will be introduced in Kazakhstan, reports KazTAG.
According to Serik Ibrayev, director of department of strategic planning of the Ministry of Agriculture, the introduced system of grain receipts has been tested by professionals and protected from hacking and fraud.
"The grain receipts exist in the form of electronic records stored on the server, in the information system. The system has passed attestation for informational security. It has been tested by authorized experts and guarantees safety of records," he said.
The users - grain reception points and farmers need to get an electronic digital signature. 221 licensed grain reception points are registered in the system, 208 of them are operating. 173 points are located in five major grain sowing regions of Kazakhstan.
