Tajik President and Prime Minister of Malaysia discussed cooperation
Dushanbe. June 23. Silkroadnews - Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Abdurazzokov discussed bilateral cooperation, said Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"Further development of the Tajik-Malaysian cooperation were discussed at the meeting of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Abdurazzokov. During the meeting, the sides signed a number of documents"- said the press service of the head of the Tajik state.
"Malaysia has opened its doors to Tajikistan, and we are ready to contribute to sustainable development of the economy of your country", - said Malaysian Prime Minister.
Tajik president, in turn, called the expansion of cooperation with developed countries in Southeast Asia one of the most important foreign policy priorities of the RT. As a result, Tajik-Malaysian talks adopted a joint statement by the leaders of the two countries.
Futhermore, was signed intergovernmental agreement on economic and scientific-technical cooperation; Memoranda of bilateral consultations; on cooperation in the fields of higher education, tourism, sports, between the national Olympic committees of the two countries.
E. Rahmon invited the Prime Minister of Malaysia to visit Tajikistan on a return state visit.
