Tajikistan and Bangladesh to create a council of entrepreneurs

Almaty. May 22. Silkroadnews – Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon and Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed discussed economic cooperation issues, the Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reported on Monday.
“During the meeting the parties discussed current state of bilateral relations and ways to expand constructive interstate cooperation”, the presidential press service reported.
E. Rahmon emphasized that Tajikistan has created all the conditions for economic, trade, tourist activities and direct investments and suggested the business circles of Bangladesh to establish direct relations with their Tajik counterparts.
The priority directions of bilateral cooperation are creation of a council of entrepreneurs, joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation, joint ventures on the textile and clothing industry, processing of rice, raw leather and leather production.
