Tajikistan and China discussed the establishment of anti-terrorism center in Dushanbe

Almaty. February 25. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan and China discussed the creation of anti-terrorist center in Dushanbe, the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) reported on Thursday.
“Within the framework of his working visit to China the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Ramazon Rakhimzoda met with Minister of Public Security of China Guo Shengkun in Beijing today,” - the press service of the Tajik Interior Ministry informs.
The sides exchanged views on the funds allocated by the Chinese side for the construction of the Tajik Interior Ministry Academy, Chinese objects’ safety and security arrangements on the territory of Tajikistan, establishment of the joint anti-terrorist center of the Republic of Tajikistan and China in Dushanbe.
During the meeting the sides also raised the issues of cooperation between the two countries fight against terrorism, extremism, separatism, illegal drug trafficking and weapons, transnational crimes.
