Tajikistan and China intend to strengthen cooperation in the security sphere

Almaty. May 20. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan and China are in favor of enhancing cooperation in the field of safety, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"Prospects of cooperation in the field of security were discussed in Beijing by Deputy Interior Minister of Tajikistan Abdullo Navdzhuvonova and Minister of Public Security of China Guo Shenkun", - says the publication on Wednesday.
In particular, the Chinese minister said that the expansion of training of law enforcement personnel - is the implementation of cooperation initiatives put forward by President Xi Jinping, as well as an important measure to promote cooperation and exchanges in the field of justice and law enforcement in the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The deputy head of Ministry of Internal Affairs supported his colleague's intentions to improve the mechanisms of joint work of law enforcement agencies of the two countries, to  continue to exchange experiences in the field of law enforcement, emphasizing that Tajikistan intends to deepen bilateral cooperation with China in the field of security.
