Tajikistan and France have discussed the possibility of launching the air communication between the countries’ capitals
Almaty. April 28. Silkroadnews – Tajikistan and France discussed the prospects for the aviation cooperation, Tajik news agency (TajikTA) reported.
“Tajikistan and France have discussed the prospects of cooperation in the field of civil aviation, in particular, the sides discussed the possibility of launching the direct air communication between Dushanbe and Paris,” Tajikistan’s ministry of transport informed.
The discussion was held in Dushanbe at the meeting between the Minister of Transport of Tajikistan Sherali Ganjalzoda with a delegation of France’s Directorate General for Civil Aviation headed by Frank Giraud, the head of the department of international relations for Central Asia.
It was reported previously that France plans to construct the 36-meters high control tower in the airport of Dushanbe city as designed by French specialists. For the construction of the object France is going to allocate $3 million grant.
