Almaty. December 9. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan and Iran have discussed the possibility of information exchange in the fight against terrorism, reports Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Tuesday.
"Tajikistan and Iran have discussed the possibility of exchanging information between the relevant agencies of the two countries in the fight against terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking and weapons", - says the publication.
The discussion took place in Dushanbe, at the meeting of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Lieutenant-General Ramadan Rahimzoda and Iranian Ambassador to Tajikistan Hudzhatullo Fagoni.
It is noted that the parties have expressed confidence in the development of cooperation between the two countries in the fight against crime and security.
