Tajikistan and Japan discussed the prospects of further cooperation in Dushanbe

Almaty. August 1st. Silkroadnews - MPs of Japan visited Tajikistan and discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation with the Government of Tajikistan, informs TajikTA on Friday.
"From July 30 to August 1, a delegation of the upper house of Japan's parliament, headed by a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan Masahisa Sato visited Tajikistan", - said the Department of the MFA of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the visit, MPs of  Japan met the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Davlatali Said, Minister of Transport Khairullo Asozoda, First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare Lola Bobohodzhiyeva Lola, as well as chairman of the Khatlon region Davlatsho Gulmahmadov.
Parties commended the development of relations between Tajikistan and Japan. Expressed satisfaction with the state of bilateral cooperation in various fields, in particular in the framework of Japan's official development assistance (ODA). Parties have stressed the importance of further deepening and expanding areas of cooperation between the two countries.
