Tajikistan and Kuwait signed six documents on cooperation in various spheres
Almaty. May 16. Silkroadnews – Tajikistan and Kuwait have signed six new documents on cooperation, Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reports on Monday.
“Within the framework of his official visit to the State of Kuwait the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon held talks with the Emir of the country Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The leaders took part in the ceremony of signing six new documents on cooperation,” the press service of the head of state reported.
Among the documents signed there are protocol on consultations between two countries’ foreign ministries; intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in the field of security, flight connection, memorandum of cooperation in higher education and research between Tajikistan and Kuwait, agricultural sector and the Arab economic development.
Note, previously the legal framework of Tajikistan and Kuwait relations consisted of 11 agreements on cooperation, today the number of legal base documents has reached 17 documents.
