Almaty. October 20. Silkroadnews - President of Tajikistan on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the country will put for the amnesty 10 thousand people, according to Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
The law "On Amnesty" applies to the range of people who have committed crimes prior to the enactment of this Act, and in need of pardon by gender, age, health status, eliminating the danger of the crime committed.
The amnesty is not applied for those convicted of murder, rape, treason, violent seizure of power or appeal to it, espionage, incitement and crimes related to terrorism.
