Tajikistan convicted 10 people involved in the extremist group "Jamoat Ansorulloh"
Almaty. April 30. Silkroadnews - in Khujand in Tajikistan were sentenced 10 people involved in the extremist group "Jamoat Ansorulloh", reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
"On April 29 Khujand city court convicted ten residents of Isfara on a number of articles providing punishment for a banned extremist organization in Tajikistan "Jamoat Ansorulloh" and sentenced each of them to 8.5 years in prison", - said in the Khujand city court.
The sentence has not entered into force.
Recall, these citizens were detained in early 2015 by police after they joined in Russia the ranks of the banned groups in Tajikistan "Jamoat Ansorulloh".
