Tajikistan is considering joining the EEU
Almaty. December 10. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan is considering joining the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), according to the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
Tajik Ambassador to Kazakhstan Nazirmad Alizoda said that the potential of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan is not implemented in full.
He added that a lot of potential for participation of Kazakhstan investors has a pharmaceutical industry of Tajikistan.
N.Alizoda emphasized that a large part in the Kazakhstan projects should take and Tajik investors because of their "low activity in Kazakhstan".
Recall, the Eurasian Economic Union will start functioning from January 1, 2015. The purpose of the alliance is to create a single market, to remove the barriers of the movement of goods, services, investment, labor, concerted economic policy. Promising integration effect in the form of GDP growth in 2030 is estimated at $900 billion.
Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus have already ratified the agreement on the EEU.
